Rest if possible
Resting will reduce blood flow to the bruise which can help it to heal quickly.
Get some Vitamin C
Vitamin C has anti-flammatory properties and is known to help build collagen tissue. This can help promote the healing of a bruise. So, eat foods like oranges and dark, leafy green vegetables to ensure you are getting enough vitamin C to get rid of a bruise quickly.
